- Human approval gateNo investigated reply goes out without a named person approving it. A separate intake step can acknowledge a ticket, ask one question, or answer a simple request automatically, and it can never claim work is done.
- Read-only AI agentThe support agent can read and search the system. It cannot write code or data.
- Tenant isolationEach appraisal firm runs on its own subdomain, and every database query is scoped to that firm automatically.
- Automated quality gatesThe test suite and wiring audits run on every push, so a broken link or a dead endpoint is caught before deploy.
- Decision logEvery non-obvious design choice is recorded with its reasoning, so it isn't undone by accident.
Appraisal firms must value each asset by the method a national standard prescribes, then deliver a full document pack for every job: report, conclusion, act, photo appendix, and calculations. Most of the effort sits in repeatable steps — gathering comparables, applying coefficients, assembling documents. The challenge was to automate that work without taking a single decision away from the appraiser who signs the report.
